6-year-old guest at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ White Party recounts open dr*gs, na*ed women ‘everywhere’
He certainly had a July 4 weekend to recount to his school friends. Sean “Diddy” Combs’ White Parties in the Hamptons were not typically child-friendly—a fact that Justin Litovsky, now 30, discovered as a young 6-year-old with well-connected parents.
Justin and his parents attended what they thought was a Diddy-hosted “afternoon barbecue” on July 3, 1999, only to find it teeming with party-goers indulging in the epitome of the 1999 party scene.
According to Justin’s recollection shared with The Post, “I remember a lot of weed and a bunch of topless women in the pool and around the pool. I actually wanted to get in. Any time we went anywhere with a pool, I wanted to swim.”
The Scene at the Party
The innocence of childhood was stark against the backdrop of the party’s excesses. Justin, at the time, admitted he was uncertain about the appropriateness of the sights but was eager to jump into the pool.
This bash in the Hamptons drew the likes of Jay-Z, platinum-tressed Lil’ Kim, and fashion designer Donna Karan, all known for their vibrant presence in the social elite.
Maya Litovsky, Justin’s mother and now an influencer, recounted her immediate reaction to the unsuitable party environment, “There were bottles everywhere and naked women. I wasn’t sure if this was appropriate or normal. I wondered about how kids were allowed into the party to begin with.”
Diddy’s Party Legacy
That day, Diddy’s home in the Hamptons overflowed with high-profile guests like Tyson Beckford and Leonardo DiCaprio, who were seen popping bottles at the event.
The atmosphere was certainly not tailored for children, prompting Diddy to later set a curfew for minors at future gatherings, humorously commenting in 2007 from his balcony, “If child welfare comes here in 30 minutes, that’s on y’all. My kids are downstairs — 15 minutes, the kids have to go.”
Justin, who had the chance to snap photos with numerous celebrities thanks to his father David Allen, a photographer, remembered feeling somewhat out of place. “I don’t look like I have a normal smile in the pic,” he noted, reflecting a child’s unease amidst the adult festivities.
